They can’t be serious!

I read an online article at work yesterday (which I cannot find to link to, unfortunately) that proclaimed that the powers that be had found that the originator of the terrible California fire was a 10 year old boy playing with matches.
And they want to prosecute him.
Seriously, what is wrong with these people?  Did too [...]
